Hon. Dr. Agiriye Monima Harry, Executive Chairman of Degema Local Government Area (DELGA), has urged various pro-Governor Siminalayi Fubara advocacy groups to unite and work collaboratively to maximize their impact and achieve shared goals. He asserted that it would consolidate their efforts for maximum effectiveness.
Harry made this call at the Council Secretariat on Wednesday, when members of the DELGA chapter of the Simplicity Movement paid a courtesy visit. He emphasized the importance of working together to achieve shared goals and avoid duplication of effort. “A unified approach is essential for success,” he noted.
He commended Amb. Sobomabo Jackrich (Egberipapa), the founder and national leader of the Simplicity Movement, for his tireless work in mobilizing support for the Governor and pledged his continued support to the group.
Responding to critics, Harry reiterated his focus on tangible results rather than self-aggrandizement. “My priority is serving the people and building a better future for DELGA,” he affirmed.
Chief Austin Beriye John Miller-Braide, the State representative and leader of the Simplicity Movement in the LGA, praised Harry’s leadership and commitment to good governance. He presented the Chairman with a commemorative plaque, formally bestowing upon him the title of Patron of the Simplicity Movement in DELGA.
Signed:
Gloria Boma Harry, Chief Press Secretary, DELGA
